What shipping methods are available?
We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS International for our shipping methods. Shipping within the U.S. is free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping using USPS International. There is a flat rate of $25 USD.
How long will it take to get my package?
Due to volume, it takes 1-3 days to process each order. Depending on which shipping method you chose, the delivery date varies. USPS Priority Mail will take up to 2-4 days to get to your door. USPS International depends on where you live and how customs treats your order. The average international shipment takes 6-10 days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Does the international shipping fee cover customs and duties?
Unfortunately, the shipping rate does not cover customs and duties. Any fees that are charged once they arrive to customs must be paid by the recipient. At this time, the fees are beyond our control and the recipient is solely responsible for them.
What payment methods are accepted?
To process payments, we use PayPal and Stripe. Both methods are proven to be secure and safe. If any issues occur, please contact our support email: email@example.com.
How do I get a refund on my order?
If you would like to receive a refund for your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, and we will sort out the issue as soon as possible. However, we will not issue a refund after 30 days from the day it was delivered to your house.

If an item I want is sold out, will it ever become available again?
We keep our inventory very low on every product that we produce, ensuring that what you receive is something very few will possess. If we come out with the same style, it won’t be using the same fabric or the same color.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order. The advantage to having an account with us is to have your billing and shipping information safely stored. You also will get the benefit of receiving our newsletters with any updates we have.
How can I return and/or exchange a product?
To return a product, contact us at email@example.com and let us know why. Unfortunately, we do not pay for returns. If the item is damaged, we will try to either replace it or repair it. If neither option is viable, we will issue you a refund. You are given 30 days from the day received the item to return it to us.
FIT AND SIZING
Where can I found out what size will fit me?
On each product page you will see a size guide link that will tell you the measurements necessary to find out which size will fit you.
How do I properly care for the item I bought?
You will find a care label on the inside of the garment, located on the bottom half of the left side seam. You can also go to the specific product page and look for the care instructions just on top of the size guide. Please follow the instructions carefully.
